Leadership is Everything
You can do everything right and things will still go wrong, it takes discipline, grit, perserverance and a mindset that few have, to get through the tough times. Verbiage matters, Culture Matters, respect Matters, and most of all Actions Matter!
Experience in Tough times
I was at Best Buy during the housing crisis in 2008, and the world and most of the employees in the company thought we were going out of business, but the leadership knew we could do it! We believed and that was all it took we knew we could so we did! It took strength, massive action, internal conflicts and so much more, but in the end we achieved success.
The Last 5 years showed me so much
During the Covid crisis many businesses failed, and many learned the new way. What we used to do doesn't work anymore! Big companies are trying to monopolize the world through technology, and I knew I had to help the little guy. Now I exclusively help business owners compete on level ground with the big guys, by providing the software solutions, tools and leadership to deliver and execute at a higher level than ever.

Doing good comes back to you
I believe that good deeds, come back to you times 10 in the end. That is why I do so much Community Service Like Elmwood Little League and am always trying to solve problems. The more you help others the more they help others and it comes back in ways you can't imagine. Building Landscapeasy was my community service to the Landscaping industry and that is why I worked so hard to make sure I offered more value than anyone else.
Fear is the enemy
When I was younger I was kidnapped. It was an experience to say the least. I would never wish that evil on anyone, but I learned that fear is a tricky emotion and most of the time it is stopping our progress. Overcome Fear and you can overcome anything! You have to know deep down that you can do this, no matter how hard it gets. You choose your happiness and you choose your victimhood.
