Adding a New Client

Prior to adding a Client, you will need to have the client's:

Create an Estimate

Creating an estimate is free when a client directly requests it from you. Creating New Estimates without a direct request is available for companies that are Level 2 or higher.

Our lawn care services include mowing, fertilizing, weed control, and more. We'll keep your lawn looking lush and healthy all year round.

Customer view

Customers can view the PDF breakdown and are prompted to pay the deposit to accept the Estimate.

Click send and Landscapeasy will send a professional PDF, a professional in-app notifcation, and a professional email. All Branded to your company. All replies will go straight to you.

Add Tasks to be completed by your teams, and put them in order to make sure they get done.

Time Tracking

Check-in when you get to a service and when you complete the service the app will track the time it took and apply that time to the route on the next scheduled frequency.

Set a Frequency and Forget it.
